Yeah that White team that’s lost four games this year. Wake up people that team is as good as anyone. White is good, white will also be losing players to green and black this year. Already happening.

Not sure whats worse, making up stories about a guy and bringing his wife into it or doing all of that under an "Anonymous" name. What a coward. Isn't that against board policy? I watched the Green/White game at the NGLL finals and there was a single dad that was embarrassing the entire Heros program with his mouth and behavior. Why he has not been booted or at a minimum told to shut up is beyond me. Because that dad (Randal) has been in the program for years with other older girls and the club have grown to tolerate Randal. A blow-hard wanna-be living through his daughters. SAD, but Heros tolerate him and have for years Who is this guy? Is he really as bad as this board makes him out? If he is that bad, don’t the coaches say anything to him? He is awful, loud and his comments are hurtful to the girls and parents. He is toxic and spills his negative comments to all who will listen. The coaches and parents tolerate him and not ONE will stand up to him. It’s a shame his wife won’t tell him to be quiet but she stands there and belittles the girls as well. So they are in hindsight a perfect pair.

Yeah that White team that’s lost four games this year. Wake up people that team is as good as anyone. Not anymore. They're already scattering. Will be interesting what will happen with the girls that end up being cut from M&D due to the influx of players coming to tryouts from other teams. Hope parents are being realistic and making sure their daughter has an option if she's on the bubble. Going to be a lot of changes.

Rumor has it they don't even have coaches anymore. After their 4-5 call ups to Green from White, including the coach, it seems like they are all scattering to M&D, Skywalkers and Hoco.

Posting about it is not the problem, the fact that they are there is the problem. I feel bad for the SW players who will now be extra on edge heading into tryouts as half of another club's team just showed up at their practice.

These teams are going to be set for next season before the week is out at this rate.

That’s just how it goes esp with SW. You are always replaceable-whether it be Hero’s or California (SW really likes that). They have every right to do that. At this age and for your age group next year be prepared for lots of movement with girls coming in and the out ones going to clubs like Coppermine or TLC. Never feel entitlement with SW.

Actually, that won't be too much of a problem at SW Blue because this age group for the blue team was a small squad. I believe i saw them at the last tournament and I they had like one sub. So, although a few girls may go to SW White, there is actually a good bit of room at SW Blue for additional talented players without affecting a mass group of the current players.

There is room everywhere for additional talented players! M&D, Heros, SWs everyone has room for additional talented players. The issue is will the programs cut the weak players that have been there too long or have family ties. Some programs just can't seem to cut out the cancer.

Mount Carmel not known as a power house program. Plus it’s quite far from the typical Heros practice locations in HoCo. Going to be a challenge for the coach to balance her obligations to her HS team and the distant club team.

Is it even worth going to tryouts if you don't already have an in sy Hero's? It may be considering heros girls skipped their own practice tonight for M&D practice. Those girls were white. says the M&D parent whose focus on her daughters social currency is threatened. Get a life and lay off the cookies. Your comment makes no sense. Lay off the cookies? What are you referring to? See a Heros parent being a toxic degrading person. I get it you are frustrated because your daughters position is in jeopardy so you have to belittle everyone around you. You just proved everyone’s point on this site. Grow up

Not true . Getting a spot on A team either requires knowing someone or being insanely good ( fast , good stickwork ) and better than the girls whose moms and dads are friends with coach . You can get on by being an amazing athlete.

You can get on by being an amazing athlete. You obviously don't know MG. There's going to be a lot of turnover on the M&D team which is unfortunate for the girls that have been there for a few years but it's just the way things work in high level club sports. She's going to take girls that will both help the team win and that she feels she can develop into a cohesive unit.

Ok, can someone explain why their is so many references to MG on this blog for M&D and not much discussion around who is listed as the head coach of that team on the M&D website? Having read through this blog there is a lot of reverence for MG and how she is going to change everything but she is one of two assistant coaches right? Shouldn’t their be more talk about the head coach KL? Just trying to understand that situation.

Omg club lacrosse is supposed to be the best . If Skywalkers players are on edge then they clearly aren’t confident in their abilities . Competition never killed anybody and posting from practice means you the parent are the scared that your kid may be cut.

She was an assistant with this team, knows the players and will have major say over who stays and goes. She was assistant but was the head coach in terms of on field direction.

Good Luck with tryouts for Heros the Green team is already set by the mom coach . They are obliterating the white team . Four best players and the dad coach moving to Green . They are completely rebuilding the white team . Good Luck in the future to your daughters .

Who cares? Why is everyone making such a big deal about 10 or so Heros white and green girls trying out different clubs? I’m sure there are girls from other clubs going to tryouts or is everyone else just staying put?

It is very important for the Lacrosse Cabal to destroy the White team. You can't have the White/B team running around beating the best teams/clubs in the country. It disrupts the lacrosse ecosystem. The trolls are in full force online to promote chaos and disinformation to make everyone panic. My D is not of this year, but I can sense dark forces at work.

I’m confused why the Heros white girls can go to all these practices as their tryouts, yet the teams have set tryout dates and are expected to make them all. Really isn’t fair to the girls on the teams. But apparently Heros white dictates the lax world.

Yep. Totally. A bunch of good White team players making the Heros Green team and making the best team in the age group better = imploding. If white team parents can’t handle it, their kids can work hard to get better or dominate other clubs like they’ve been doing. What’s the big deal Hero's Green and Hero's White are imploding!! Hero's Green and Hero's White are imploding!!

Who says any of them get offers? People have been attending practices prior to tryouts for years . You really think if you are presently on the team that tryouts count for anything? They already know who they will drop and who they will keep based on your performance over the past year . Stay confused my friend. You have a lot to learn.
