team 91 machine beat annapolis hawks 7-5 in the championship those are the 2 best teams at the 2027 age group' either team could have won!

LI laxfest looks like a great tournament next week. All 91 owned teams and the rest are town teams lol. Very challenging tournament , should be a good one . Haha

Not Madlax, Rough Riders PA, or Tommyknockers. All three went 2-3 this past weekend at NAL.

based on tourney machine and NAL this weekend-
machine, hawks, FCA MD, sweetlax all won their brackets. FCA probably the weakest link. hawks and machine a clear 1/2
Madlax, S2S, BBL, and legacy all got 2nd place in their brackets. with S2S and legacy playing to a tie in the 2nd place finals
looks like after Machine... S2S, Legacy, Express H, all seem to be about even as far as long island
91 Rage wasn't allowed to play because there wasn't a B bracket

Machine tops on long island by a wide margin ...nobody comes close
After that S2s and express Haugen are pretty even as they have beaten each other a few times and tied last weekend
After that it's anybody's guess , legacy has played about 3 games so far so nobody knows what to make of them and 91 rage went to nlf and clearly didn't belong there solidifying their B team status

Look at any BS poll out there for 11-12 year-old division and teams that competed in NAL did not deserve their ranking especially when COVID era produced no meaningful tourneys for the better part of 18 months! Hawks solid team. Well coached. Machine very skilled and play a team game. Relentless between the lines.

Assuming things are back to normal this fall as far as Long Island tournaments but can you tell me some B level tournaments that typically run every year that I can consider entering a town team. Though they are a quality town team they cannot compete with A or close to level travel teams but other town teams or B travel teams they can gold their own.

Which club team does your son play on in SC and where in SC do you now reside? I have a place in Mt. Pleasant that I just bought 3 days ago.

Mill SC Team 24/7 , director from west islip and played for the Lizards .

Our PA team gave them the toughest challenge imo. Crabs were the toughest game for Hawks for sure. You must be PA RR who were solid both games and had some good little players but no poles at all of any impact and not much size (top 3-4 players were the smallest 3-4 players which isn’t ideal).

This site has me thinking there's a serious mental health crisis among youth sports parents . Ranking teams , ranking players , talking garbage about this team and that team . What ever happened to dropping a kid off for a practice and picking him up and not getting involved in all of this nonsense . That's the way it was when we were younger , parents didn't get involved , they had better things to do with their time and minds ..sad
