Watched Severn vs MSJ - really disappointed in the number of fan that turned out. MSJ couldnt finish the job and were leading.

Back up goalie had his chance with the hawks and blew it! Be a good teammate and cheer on the starter. Get use to cheering on the starter, next years starter is getting ready in Kent Island!!!

Disappointed in the number of fans for MSJ when they were the away team during a pandemic thats limiting spectators.

It was Severn MSJ. What do you expect? Ride is over for the baby Ads tomorrow night!

Cards were 6-4 and earned the 6 seed due to a 3 way, 4th tiebreaker.

They need to beat St Mary's and Spalding to go to the Ship. Two teams they already lost to. To potentially face one of the other two teams they already lost to (BL or McD).

No one enforced any of the "pandemic" guidelines at Severn. None of them - social distancing, wearing masks and they did not stop anyone regarding the 2 people per player.

And all of the MSJ fans were supposed to know that when the school still says 2 per player. Ok.

AA County and the MIAA Schools haven't caught up to the CDC. Ridiculous folks can't carry a vaccination card and get in anywhere. Especially outdoor arenas with plenty of space.

Ridiculous that with vaccines readily available to anyone that wants one and masks available to anyone that wants to continue wearing one that anyone should be required to present a vaccination card to watch a game outdoors.

LB is a complete disappointment. Not making at least the MIAA semi-finals with that many seniors is a deserved hard lesson of subpar coaching, politics, and repeatedly playing the same handful of favorite players the entire game despite a deep bench of other talent. Those coaches did a huge disservice to half the team this year...only to finish behind CHC, McD, and others.

Better find an average D3 program if he chooses football.

Players are overrated in my opinion. Just like the MIAA is this year.

Preferred walk-on

I have a couple of questions for the Don faithful. When you're up by 3 in the fourth, why are you running the pole on the wrong wing on the FO? BL gets a fastbreak and goal off of that decision? Their vaunted D was porous in the 4th. Does Loyola slide to weaker poles and shorties, who by the way were the best I've seen all year? Offense: Working the entire 80 seconds of every possession when you're up by 4? Settled Loyola O consisted of lots of standing around with one man dodges. Off ball motion? Poor transition O all game. Many squandered opportunities. Failure to draw a man, flat footed attackmen and bad spacing. Very uninspired fourth quarter. Learn how to close out a game as a team.

I found it ironic that the teenage kids broadcasting on the Loyola live stream had the presence to suggest a time out to stop the bleeding/momentum might be a good idea, but it never occurred to the coaching staff.

I looked at the LB roster online this morning. Losing a ton of seniors off of this team. Really squandered a bevy of talent this year. Two best poles are returning but they may struggle to crack the top five next year. CHC, Spalding, Severn, MCD, and BL all return more. Great school: shaky football, basketball and now lacrosse for a large all boys institution.

Agree. And those kids did a great job. I was very impressed.

Coaching

We may have been one of the most talented teams in the league, but we were coached like a summer club team. We prioritized sideline cellies more than running a team offense. No scheme, no changes, lousy scouting, no attention to detail. Roll the ball out and play. Total waste of a year.
