DC Express 2021 was a great team. 2022 is good. 2023 went 3-4 in their last season in Hoco (2019). 2024 (then BLC) went 3-4 in Hoco (also in 2019). 2025 DC Express is currently.....wait for it....3-4 in Hoco (2021 season).

Where is this crazy good record of success for DC Express that's going to cause every other local club's best players to flock to them, again? DC Express has established themselves as a quality club but no better/worse than VLC/Madlax/NL.

2026 BLC is a quality team but let's maybe pump the brakes on them soaking up the region's best players. And the idea that Hawks best players would leave their team to join a team they've historically dominated is a joke.

I assume the Hawks players going to DC Express is either sarcasm or trolling. That ain't gonna happen, although I wish it would, because then my son's team would finally beat the Hawks and they would do so surprisingly easily.

But it does make the good point that every player whose parents think he is elite within 50 miles of River Road is planning to try out for DC Express, and there will not be room for everybody. Last time I checked they only allow ten players on the field at a time.

2026 VLC and Next Level kids would benefit from being part of DC express because DC Express has a great track record with the high school teams. No offense to VLC and Next Level.

The best 3? Hilarious. Probably the other way around. The best 3 from DC express should be trying out for the Hawks. That Hawks team is a family. You have zero insight, are a Troll, and should lose your Internet privilege.

So that's every elite player in a circle from Towson, Annapolis, Frederick all the way to Warrenton in Virginia. Ludicrous. You'll MAYBE get some NL/VLC guys who want to go on to a better club, and that's it.

One in a million. The most goals anybody has scored on the Hawks this spring is 8 (VLC and Crabs). The more interesting bet is how many will MadLax score. Over/Under is 4.5.

You should not name a seventh grade (or 8th or 9th grade) kid on a public board.

New team in the DC area. MadLax/VLC/BLC presents Black Ops sponsored in conjunction with DC Express. Give it a break with the teams and just go play lacrosse

Madlax offense is below average, they will not score more than 4.

Dire Straights is a Band?

This is a great song which captures what lacrosse is all about. It doesn't matter what your position is, or the wins and losses; all that matters is playing the game and feeling the soul of the sport. It's not about fancy gear, scholarship offers, insane dodging, pleasin' the ladies; it's about feeling the sport and playing with heart and soul.

It's a challenging exercise to think about how many adults must have failed you in your lifetime for you to name a kid and then defend that by such an immature, not funny response.

question for folks on the most highly competitive teams.
how are games coached? are players allotted equal playing time or do the top players play more in competitive game?
is winning a high priority or is it playing everyone and giving everyone their opportunity?
are players coached to their skill set, meaning do they have particular roles or is it coached like a post camp all star team, roll the ball out and rotate players (staying within their respective positions) thru regardless of situations?
how is game IQ taught and developed? Is true game coaching, situational coaching and substituting being used/taught? are games coached like a HS/college game?

August should be interesting at 2026. Likely current 2025's showing up at 2026 tryouts.

Totally disagree....Looney's is fine. They had a bad Spring for sure, but we do have talent. Injuries hurt us. Just need more offense. Next Level was first year in Elite, and they played good teams tough.

Would agree with really bad on FCA and 91. Not much there on those teams.

When the tiebreaker is applied, True will finish 4th or 5th. MadLax will be 3rd.

It will not matter. There are some really good individual 25s but overall, 25 is a really weak class. Most of the good players are already holdbacks. 26s will be just fine.

Go watch a 2025 game and then watch a 2026 game and tell me the 2025s are weak. If the 2025s are so weak how did the reclassed 2025 crabs who were terrible at the 2025 level (couldnt even compete at Elite) come in 2nd place in 2026. Such a ridiculous comment. The elite level at each age is quality lacrosse. Don't think any of the 2026 teams could compete in elite at 2025. Hawks played a few a year ago and did ok, but lost to Cannons. That should tell you something.
