FCA teams playing Elite and AAA in HoCo. They are also registered for the MYLA club division this year. Not sure which team. or if they have a 3rd. Perhaps we will see more club teams joining MYLA and avoiding the drive to HoCo.

Perhaps we will see more club teams joining MYLA and avoiding the drive to HoCo. The reality is HOCO is where you will find the best teams. For a third team it definitely makes sense. But for teams in elite or AAA where there are only 10-12 teams at your level it’s harder to find good games.

Anyone seen a schedule update? Just checked the schedule and it looks like HLC is now playing True KP. Cavs are MIA and Hawks no longer have a game this weekend. Communication on this has been very poor, anyone know what is going on?

Apparently HLC is moving down. That makes sense, I know the coach but haven’t asked him. He said a while ago they had trouble getting new players and lost a couple. Don’t know about anyone else.

Looks like HLC is playing True KP so they are still in elite. Hawks have no game nor do Cavs. So it seems like Cavs are out...

Does anyone know what happened to Cavs? Did the whole 2028 elite team fold altogether? Those parents/kids must be bummed to have gone from playing a season against top comp to done zip zilch.

From HOCO.................
2028 Division Alignment Change Final 2028 Elite and 2028 AAA alignment attached after Cavalier dropping out. More information on remaining schedule coming soon. Schedules for this weekend will remain the same. Only difference will be the Annapolis Hawks Green will receive a bye at the 2028 Elite division because they were supposed to play HLC this weekend (HLC AND True KP now in AAA). All teams will make the playoffs at the 2028 elite level. Playoffs will simply start a week earlier for 2028 elite (5/8) so they can get the guaranteed 7 games. We will seed the teams once all regular season games have been completed. Winners will advance to semifinals on championship weekend. 1 seed – BYE 2 seed vs 7 seed 3 seed vs 6 seed 4 seed vs 5 seed

Some surprising results today. True over FCA and Madlax winning big over Crabs. Seems like we could see some wild swings week to week. But great wins today for Madlax and True.

Madlax destroyed Crabs. Woahhh What's funny is that the Crabs beat BLC pretty bad but NextLevel was somewhat tight with them.

HLC was on the field ready to play, Cavs didn't show up. HLC, Cavs and KP all wanted to play AAA and were put in Elite. Cavs decided not to play at all. Some of the info above is 2nd hand.

Madlax over Crabs. But - CLOSER THAN THE EXPERTS THINK! This did not age well Give it time,,,By 8th grade, Crabs will be in the mix for top team. Every year is the same thing for Crabs younger teams. Look at Crabs, cant compete,,,,8th grade Look at Crabs, one of best.

Updated schedules are out. Teams have byes now and looks like first FCA game was removed from the records?
This is all disappointing and annoying. I understand that Cavs didn't want to play in the Elite. However,in life you play with the hands that were dealt.
HLC, KP, and BLC all lined up and showed up to play.
Cavs literally quit on everyone.

Looks like Madlax gets a bye now, Hawks had one last week. Big chunks of time around Easter to not get a game. Shame on the Cavs I guess- teaching a tough lesson here the wrong way.
Silver lining- Crabs get to play Hawks now, who weren’t originally on our schedule
Good luck to everyone the rest of the way

Super disappointed in the situation with the Cavs, but I have to say my respect for BLC has grown tremendously—- they are sticking it out and ready to take their lumps.

So Cavs 28 kids are now going to have no spring season for 2 years in a row. How is that going to help their development?

The only thing I can think of is the parents must have voted to just not play. Otherwise if the program just decided to cancel the season I’m not sure how there wasn’t a full on mutiny. Bizarre Situation. Feel bad for the kids.

Hilarious everyone who had confidence in Next Level. Great athletes. But all they do is dodge 1 on 1. Coaching non-existent.
