Most of the teams listed on the bubble in the rankings are the "hometown" teams carrying their normal roster. They won't make it past qualifiers, but there will def be shifts higher up on the list Like Reply Quote

One team from Central will make it. International teams aren’t allowed in the USA right now. Unclear if that will change in 4 months. Likely no international teams so 4 more slots available.
