Madlax is the top team and will remain so until someone actually beats them when it counts. Madlax has the best attack and close defense units in the division. FCA has best middies & FOGO. Hawks has best goalies. Next Level is solid. Crabs & True can hang with top teams and could easily make a run in playoffs. Tourneymachine results show a big drop off after that.

TIER 3: Crabs-True
TIER 4: BLC-Cavs-HLC-KP

Enjoy it while you can. The team with the most holdback's will start dominating in next few years. My prediction, Madlax, Crabs, Hawks and FCA as years go by. Rest get off them while you can.

Li Express, NJ Express, Hawks, BBL and True all played today in DE
Only games I know are True Annapolis beat BBL
Apparently the LI Express team didn’t practice much before the play day due to COVID.

Here’s the story with the 28’s in NY, and no they all don’t stink. 2028 is an extremely talented age group BUT all the best players are spread out between 6 or so teams. At some point you would imagine one team would draw them all, but most of the best travel kids play with their town teams friends on these 6 or so teams. Most teams didn’t make any moves this year due to coronavirus. so you would imagine whoever gets the best results this spring will get the biggest draw of talent. There is also 3-4 other teams that think that they are at the top.

Spot on analysis. Would love to see a team of the top kids from all of those teams.

There are no Cutters players on Hawks 2028.

And a few typically good NY/NJ teams - LI Express, Mad Dog, and Leading Edge - taking on various local teams. Should be interesting.

Anyone know the final allocation on AAA for 2028? Seems like the following is the most likely based on past results and club division preferences, but I guess we’ll know for sure next week.

That will probably be the 8 for elite and it’s a balanced group with a lot of talent. HoCo pink and green hornets were in elite and their players have dispersed. Outside shot for true kp at elite but only if a team like BLC wants to go to AAA. For AAA, cannons, sidewinders, HLC, FLC, Swarm (perry hall), Forrest hill, one of the true teams and maybe Madlax dmv or hawks black. After that it is anybody’s guess since most of the teams will be newly formed since they missed a year due to covid.

Would be Interesting if none of the True teams play AAA.

True Annapolis Green will be in Elite. The rest of the True teams (Baltimore and Annapolis B) are in AA or A I think. None in AAA. There is no B division anymore.

Maybe true Kelly post? They’d have to be somewhere right?

Based on this weekend, I think it is clear that the top five teams are all pretty close - Next Level, FCA, Madlax, Hawks, and Crabs. And then there is a wide gulf between those five and everyone else.

Was the LI Express team the same team that played in the DE play day last weekend?
