So which WSYL teams from North region will advance to Championship weekend? I believe only 4 teams are allowed to advance from the Qualifier.

Is there a list of competing teams for each region out yet?

The LI parents are even complaining amongst one another in the 2026 girls forum about which team has holdbacks.

Guess their is a correlation huh?

Given no rules against it, power to you for giving your kid a competitive advantage.

Just don’t brag about your kid/team or complain for getting called out.

As for the HS excuse. HS is different story, it’s HS not grade based, how our kids compete today. In this case, you’re simply trying again to justify that your kid is a holdback.

For the qualifiers? I'm sure it's coming soon. Rosters have been finalized.

Not positive, but the last north qualifier advanced 7 teams.

Any idea when they put out schedules?

Makes sense, I am biased, but the East and North should have more come out of qualifiers.

surprised not to see Rebels.

It depends on how many teams sign up for the other regions. Each regions will have similar percentage of teams advancing. So if east region has 25 teams signed up they will have more teams advancing

How are the schedules set for qualifier? Do they try and rank in advance, or is pool play random?

Too old for the World Series, but will show up 2 weeks later for the grade based NLF champs which they won in 2019
