Isn’t mooselax an offshoot of hammerheads?

Hammerheads is an amalgamation of a lot of players from various towns and travel programs that get together to play. Kids play with their club when they play against Hammer. Moose is in no way related to Hammerheads other than a few of their players play with the Hammerheads when available. Great day of outdoor lax. Lot of venom helmets and some Igloo, Surge, GC and other scattered in.

Honestly, if you’re reading or posting on this site the last thing you should be doing is making fun of people doing the same or people that enjoy lacrosse. Have a bit of self awareness.

This all started because someone was asking what tournament was on Feb 15th. Maybe someone wants to give their son a opportunity to play a little extra lax this winter.

I can hear the request from 10yr olds echoing all over Long Island at this very moment: "Dad, can you please find me a random tournament to play with random kids indoors in February." Please...

Should the 10 year olds drive themselves to practice too? Or can the parents help them out with that? Enough you condescending twit. You aren’t impressing anyone. You detest this site yet you are on it. That makes you pathetic.

Teams in this bracket are Hills, Lockjaw, Levittown and Oceanside. There are plenty of kids who want to play lacrosse and only get better for the spring. These teams have a good amount of kids from AA teams who also do town teams because they are great and have the passion.

Hammerheads are not a real team- different kids every time. Neither is lockjaw- kids from other clubs play for them. It’s ok. If the kids want to play let them play
