You’re loyal to the kids that have been on the team. Less than a month before 9/1 and you are bringing new kids in? Be an adult. Be truthful there is not a big difference in play Team would of won without guest players. If the BL player had a different name no one would really care. Was not a prolific scorer, doesn’t play defense and takes every run tho. Personally feel the CH player is better. To add two offensive players was unnecessary Just noticed the player spoken about was given offensive player of game. Didn’t score a goal til it was 9-0. No points in first quarter and it was 6-0 after first. This Has become very funny. It will be interesting to see when IL rankings come out how much favoritism happens player should not be top 5 but will probably be. inside lacrosse Will be judged. There was a full time Hawk that Had big numbers in first quarter and a half enough is enough yet “other players “ are only rewarded because their dad Did not see the game and it doesn’t sound like the player was deserving of Player of the Game. However, there is no question that he is a top 5 player in this class. You can’t blame the kid for playing. It is not as if he jumped the fence and ran on the field. A lot of Hawks kids are feeling betrayed and you’ll see turnover which at this stage in club ball is unfortunate. Brotherhood hashtags only go so far. I agree he is a top 5 kid in class and will probably be 2 or 3 behind Spallina and rightfully so Your right it isn’t the kids fault and the betrayal to the loyal kids is what is upsetting This is club lacrosse unfortunately and few things jump out while there is a relationship with dad and Inside Lacrosse, kid is one of top players not one or two but prob top 4-5 in class but it isnt the players fault just like it is not Lids kid fault. adding players is ok but running two recruited players out every single run while players that have been here sit is the issue Hawks have created this then to try and justify it give game MVP of their tournament to him after doing nothing Thats the insulting part

Command team had several elite, established players riding the pine or getting no chance to play when they were on the field. They forgot that lacrosse is a team game and about more than two players. Oh and while one of the players is very good one of those players is just ok. Keep the daddys happy. My son is one of the established players who didnt even get invited to the final team. I watched the championship. It was a joke.

Spring 21 MIAA season is wide open. Unless CH gets a handful of transfers and reclasses they can be beat.

CHC lost once 2 years ago to a Canadian team and three years ago they lost a MIAA game- and it could happen again this year. They are not invincible. Only two or three seniors this year. This is the year they go down and will lose a game.

True! If Baltimore would of had at least half of the 21 committed class come to the tryouts it could of been more competitive and gave Dc a run- Problem is none of the top 21 class even came out to the tryout- Baltimore coaches took who they had to in order to try to be competitive-

You know what it means. Those "coaches" aka mouthpieces played 3 middies and were sure to put daddy's kid on midfield when he wasnt in at attack. Glad my son didnt make it so that he could get skipped line after line.

Then one day they wake up and they are at a great college and on their way to being something good and productive. Total scam and cheaters.

BL with its superstar will need to ramp up its recent building purchase and put some boarders in there asap or it will be a long year. McD better find a couple more boarders or it is also run again. The rest of Balt teams are out before they start. StM will make playoffs and lose. Spalding, Please.......

Just because you get a great education, make great friends, play with the best team and program in the country, doesn't seem worth it to me. No way I would want to send my kids there. I heard CHC runs secret camps in other states to recruit kids and pays them to come go to school there- they give full rides to kids who already know how to cheat and perform tricks. CHC is so good a fooling everyone that now their graduates have infiltrated every team in the top 20 in college. Its a total Kelly conspiracy.

They made him read the Bible backwards because when you do, it reveals the tricks to cheat at lacrosse and be great. We learned that anyone can be a great athlete and lacrosse player if you know the tricks. CHC goes over this in religion class too. My friend told me that.

It would be nice to know where all the haters kids go to school? Is it a jealousy and envy thing? Is it regret? It’s one thing to catch someone cheating or breaking rules - but winning and establishing a winning tradition takes years of hard work. Shocker that a great academic school with a strong feeder system has a winning tradition.

Next year will be a weaker year in the MIAA: Loyola, CHC and BL are three of the four semi-finalists in the MIAA next Spring if the season happens. St. Mary's and MCD are candidates for the remaining spot but both have holes and/or depth issues at important positions. Spalding will make the playoffs but will probably be a first round exit.

Liking these Juniors Open games on LSN. Crazy good lax for rising Juniors. The Juniors Open really allows college coaches to analyze how a prospect does against what's almost all D1 talent in a team oriented format. Most Summer tournaments and showcases are filled kids highlighting themselves vs playing as a team to win. That and too many subpar players which makes analyzing the film tougher. Five star camp (not every top player was there but most were) really got the job done.

This team has been established people have entrusted the organization with time and money and to be basically tossed away creates anger and distrust

This Conference has always been among the best talent and depth wise. To compete (make the semis) in the MIAA A Conference you need at least 12 top notch players. To win it, you need 15-20 high caliber players in addition to a top notch coaching staff. Occasionally mediocre or weaker coaching staffs have such an abundance of talent they still win the championship. Conversely, great staffs often win or outperform with less talent. You really need two great classes to win it all and you need four or five consecutive great recruiting classes to have a dynasty (CHC most recently, LB in the 80s and SP in the days of leather helmets and wooden sticks). I believe Spalding has a great 2022 class but the question for the next two years is as follows: are the 2021 or 2023 classes strong enough to get this 2022 class into the playoffs.
