Who are the Regulators?

The next new pickup team full of club kids that aren't happy with their club. Kids from Express, Igloo, 91, Roar, True Blue, etc.

Parents have to be the ones happy with the direction and what their kid is getting out of the experience. In most cases we're talking about $thousands per year and extreme parent commitment. Of course kid's happiness is a primary consideration, but not for a 12 year old to decide on their own IMO.
