Top online gamers make more money than pro lax players. So notIntelligent. What will you dads do when jr has no more lax? Have another son? Beg jr to have a grandson?

Sorry your son didnt get on the team. Only for the best. Maybe next year. Uggh. Rankings, statistics, and polls like these are for losers. Winners care about winning. If you can't win/don't win, players, their parents, and fans will focus on the stats, polls, rankings to occupy the woulda-coulda-shoulda thoughts. There is only one winner and lots of losers. To the post ^^, making a team is apparently all that matters to you- name on the roster, cool jacket, and feeling good- and flexing in the mirror. Lacrosse isnt meant for people like you ^^.

To the original question, I think the People's Champion thing was pretty cool. The players that I have seen on the list are top players. A few coach's kids but still great players. No one is playing any lacrosse right now at all so having a social media campaign is what we all need.

A reality check for everyone. Hug your player a little tighter instead of bashing players/teams/coaches/clubs. Way more important things in life. My heart and prayers go out to Noah’s family.

Oh stop it...LI kids were hand selected. Jr and express mid deserve to be there. Other express kid is the chosen one whose daddy pays channebuck$ too much money not to make it. Most overrated player in the 2022 age group. $ talks and in this case it talks a lot. He’s about the 3-4 best player on that team. Every club team coach talks about it and laughs about it. Too small and peaked in 8 grade

US Club Lacrosse website is growing and this helps bring more people to it. Really a smart idea. Also the kids nominated ALL are good to great players. The highlight videos will get noticed. not all the LI kids or coaches kids are advancing. This must be fun for those who were nominated and your son should just enjoy it

Glad somethings never change on this site..gotta love it. Why would anyone dislike the peoples champion promo or anything else that helps our boys enjoy something that keeps them engaged in lacrosse during this crazy time. The bitterness towards young men is ridiculous and reeks of envy and jealousy. The same clowns crying the blues.Of course club owners and coaches kids are always going get a leg up in anything they do including these silly, fun and entertaining online play alongs.Just like the NLF featuring all their players and acting like they are the only ELITE players in the world. Key words being acting like. Its all promo and done in good fun and a hammerhead to promote the sport and the young men.

Several coaches have told me they are looking at 22 now. Even ones that have not filled 21's yet. Transfer players plus extra year players have put hold on most 21's. 21's have been hammered since Early Recruiting. Missed out on ER and now this. They just cant seem to catch a break with recruiting. 20's have got the breaks twice, With being eligible for ER and getting full recruiting in before virus this year.

That's a pretty naive statement 2021 dad. The 2020's were stuck in the middle of early recruiting and have now lost their entire senior year of high school lacrosse only to show up to college with the 2019 class now on their same track as far as eligibility. So.....20's got the breaks twice ?.....more like the shaft. I dont know why the college kids are somehow more deserving of getting this year back when the high school kids lose it too and then will feel the repercussions for all 4 years of school. Horrible decision by the NCAA to try to look like the good guy.

It looks like more and more schools are making the decision not to grant the extra year and take repeating seniors or grad transfers with 5th year eligibility. Pietramala and JHU just parted ways over it and it was bitter.

But you are right 2020 are at bottom of player chart with 4 classes above them. For many of my sons friends 2021's not yet recruited its over. Time to Reclass/PG/redshirt. And even then, there is still 5 years to go against. Agree, Poor decision by NCAA /. Look at transfer Portal ,blowing up. 5th year players next 4 years will be hired mercenary's going where they are needed.

Look at transfer Portal ,blowing up. 5th year players next 4 years will be hired mercenary's going where they are needed. Agree, While I may be in the minority, their should be no 5th year players for college in any sport. These are times of uncertainty for everyone in every facet of life. Sports, while I wish they were going on are of a minimal concern. As every season and event can't be recaptured there is an inevitable domino effect that no one thinks about when new rules are made. The additional year will affect scholarship money, other sports, recruiting etc . . .and many other things I can't even think about. The HS senior doesn't get an additional year, the sophomore/junior doesn't get to play to be recruited, some schools are granting the year and others aren't. Again, it becomes a domino effect and not everyone can be placated. Just like, I don't think the u19 team team should be a u20 for next year (as is happening). Its awful for the u19 players but if they age out by the time the event comes next year then they shouldn't play. This will invariably effect some other tournament or age based international event or something in some capacity. I am cutting this response short bc I could go on forever but for me the bottom line schools like the Ivy league and Wisconsin and others have it correct. Lets try to regain normalcy when this all comes back and making up rules as this continues is not the answer - especially for sports. Lets worry about kids graduating from college and having jobs. Lets worry about colleges opening in the fall. Lets worry about our neighbor staying safe and healthy. Good day to all.

MIAA cancelled. Will they allow HS reclass? Most MIAA players have already reclassed/prefirst once. Why not give them another go at it. They play by college rules. MIAA allows 19 year old players now. Just change rule to 20,.

I see problems with the tournaments for High School players this summer. Recruiting is usually a big focus of playing for many players and draw of top $ Clubs . That and playing against good competition from all over country. It is looking more and more that states will open up but not allow any gatherings of over 5-10 people in one area.
Will College coaches be allowed or even want to come ? Parents allowed to watch ? Even the teams will have many players on sidelines waiting to sub in. Going to be a mess.
I dont know what will be different with what is going on now with virus than in two or three months from now. Maybe a few more people will have had virus. No vaccine until next year. Doesnt look to promising for summer sports or even Fall for that matter.
I hope there is some change that turns virus or perception of virus around.

How about our stunad leaders recognizing this virus has been around a lot longer than they will admit; the infection rate has already permeated a huge percentage of the population; and the mortality rate is about 100x lower than being published by the stunad sites like JHU, IHME and others. They can't admit they were wrong all along so stunad measures like not letting kids play sports and having parents on the sideline is deemed as being fatal to anyone who attends.

The recruiting landscape is in TOTAL disarray. If college seniors can A. graduate and enter the job market in 4 weeks, or B. stay in school and get started on a second degree, what would you do? Exactly. The 2020's are gone. The 2021's are on hold for the most part unless there is an emerging stud. 2022's that are in the top 3-5 in their position in the country may get offered otherwise, be prepared to wait a while until schools can figure out how to handle scholarships... there is no hurry to commit to a "may-be-great-if" any more, especially with no guarantee of money AND the 5th year being available for the foreseeable future. We wanted a fix to the early recruiting and we got it- now lets embrace it and figure out how to get back outside and help ourselves help our kids.

I will say that playing this summer is a huge long shot but if they are able to play 1 of the rules will be around fans. Either 1 parent or no parents will be allowed to attend the games. Just the players, coaches and scouts.

You're an stunad. Take your political views somewhere else....clown
