northport has zero chance this year, bayshore better, ward melville better, west islip better, east islip better, west bab better, middle country better, hills better.
and next year northport , forgetaboutit. You look really foolish with these type statements, do you even go by results or just on your expert opinion.

That ESM team is looking pretty good. Already saw MT Sinai they look good. That division will be a dog fight also. No dog fight. Mt. Sinai is clear winner. ESM is in the B's. Mt. Sinai the C's, They won't play each other. The C's may be a little stronger this year with Mt. Sinai,Shoreham and Babylon. There are many top notch kids in Division 2.

Just as I thought WI wins... bS loses... Nothing will change because of it Who else aint you losing to? You havnt beaten a ranked opponent. One final question was winning 24-4 worth it? 4/26 That West Islip game is looking very important for you; called it a few weeks ago. That Ward Melville Bay Shore game, like last year, will not mean much outside of the locker room. Who cares who is 1 or 2. But I hope both of them stay on the same track. really? You have such a tough schedule why say such things to make it harder. But go ahead, who else aint you losing to. Looks like it may be tough to get a win in April. It will certainly determine who is better out of those two teams. Not sure what else it will show. Ward Melville already lost to Sayville and Northport aint losing to them this year!

Goes to show you what those rankings are worth. Did you look at the rankings that US Lacrosse mag has in this months issue? It's a total joke and the same can be said of ESPN and MSG Varsity (though MSG is a little better), most if not all those are based on phone calls to a handful of people and they all have an agenda

A lot of stations and scrimmages to evaluate the girls. I thing schools and club programs well represented for all teams chosen.

Do you have any information how playoffs will be run in Nassau County this year? Does creation of "Super Conf." change things?
Thanks in advance

My daughter went for the 1rst time so cannot compare to previous years. She said it was the most complete try-out she has been to in terms of extent of drills and felt everyone was given multiple chances to show what they can do.She also said it was a long tiring day.I know on the team she made their are girls from several travel clubs and many different high schools. She did say that the club that was most represented was YJ. As far as evaluators she said she thought she recognized YJ, TG, Liberty, Suffolk All-stars and multiple high schools but again felt YJ had the most representation.

Thanks in advance Every team in Conference I, the Power Conference, will make the playoffs regardless of their in-conference record. There will be a decreasing number of teams for each conference as you walk down the grid - meaning, for example, seven from Conference II, five from Conference III, and so forth.

Tuesday, April 30th Results
Our Lady of Mercy over Archbishop Molloy, 11-0 (11-0 Halftime) Sachem North over Copiague, 17-1 (11-1 Halftime) Sachem East over Floyd, 16-7 North Babylon edges Longwood, 9-8 West Islip over Smithtown East, 15-11 Locust Valley over Friends Academy, 16-9 Bay Shore over Connetquot, 19-1 (15-0 Halftime) Elmont over West Hempstead, 11-7 Wheatley over Great Neck North, 11-6 Sewanhaka over Valley Stream District, 11-7 Ward Melville over Lindenhurst, 9-4 Half Hollow Hills over Middle Country, 9-6 Island Trees over Clarke, 17-13 South Side over Oceanside, 9-6 Northport over Smithtown West, 16-3 Baldwin over Lynbrook, 12-8 Whitman over Brentwood, 13-2 Eastport-South Manor over Sacred Heart, 8-3 Hauppauge over East Islip, 6-5 West Babylon over Commack, 17-7 Patchogue-Medford over Riverhead, 17-8
Lowlights
This is our first lowlight in some time, but did Bay Shore really need to rack-up fifteen goals in their first half against Connetquot? Was the result of the game somehow in doubt? BOTC appreciates that Bay Shore has not been getting some of the respect that the team might deserve in regional polls until recently. However, we think that while Bay Shore has made the transition to being a top team this season, they also need to control the offense against outgunned opponents. Playoffs are two weeks away - they will have more than enough time to unload offensively come playoff time.
Highlights
West Islip 15, Smithtown East 11: Vanessa Constantino scored five goals and had five assists in the win. Cara Douglas added three goals for West Islip (9-2) in Division I.

How many teams are formed? 3 Sorry... and how many players per team? How are the team(s) for the Seniors' Only division formed? What criteria exists since there are no tryouts.

Way to go Hauupauge!!!! Nice win over East Islip!!! Karma baby!
