Congrats to Team 91 for winning a B tournament in Denver. Hope spending $3K to win a meaningless trophy was worth it. kids had the time of their lives and parents got to buy legal weed. Completely worth 3K. Even a AA trophy at U13 is meaningless. This tournament isn't about the quality of lacrosse. These kids play tournament after tournament. Same vendors, same venues, same teams, same everything. This is a unique lacrosse experience. Anyone who doesn't understand that is a mook. If you have disposable income, like spending time with your family and other lacrosse loving families then this is a great opportunity. Now, what I didn't like were teams putting up 20 on Team Iroquois. I mean show some respect, clearly they are playing as a symbol. I'd rather see them play a half and then mix kids up to play with each other. Congrats to 91, great showing again. Agree that BBL would have made for a better finale but that's how the bracket goes... Agree. Don't know how Tazzie made it there with that defense. The defense collapsed in the 2nd half and the goalie just stood there as the shots went in. I'm surprised the final score wasn't higher. They need to replace that whole unit.

Did the big kid number 24 from Madlax play in WSYL last year for Next Level?

Are we forgetting about offense. Like that was good?? In 48 minutes, Taz could only score 4 goals, and much, if not most of that time was against the Wolfpack B squad.

Not one team beat the pack this year . Say what you will. It’s a good lax team . Just for your information , no one scored more than 5 goal against the pack. You really have no clue about lacrosse . Taz shut down true Illinois in the semi final. That defense shutdown some of the best kids I have seen in this age group. So stop the trash talk . Congrats to the Pack.

Parents still hating on the 'pack? lolol. You literally are the biggest trash around. B tournament? 5K is to much $? wahh wahh wahh. I feel bad for your boys who are supposed to look up to a MAN. Pitiful and embarrassing. Look at yourself in the mirror a jealous, broke lost who hides away on a website and spews garbage. Go tell your sons what you write on this site and tell me if they would be proud of you as their dad. What weak men you all are, embarrassing. BTW there is that little burn deep down inside that you whether it be lack of talent , $ or you just plain out don't have the caliber of player to be there, it STINGS. Don't shake your head, your a little man that brings nothing to the table for anyone. Leader of your household???? Hahaha you're a joke. Great job WP, Taz, BBL and TI. You all belonged there and we know how awesome the experience was.

Congrats to the pack. I hope the long time parents said thank you to their replacements. At least the old pack fogo who was upgraded made the all world team. I wonder how many new upgrades come this year. Attack seems most at risk.

This can't be true because if it is, you're basically accusing them of hypocrisy.

Same guy who proclaimed that WP could not compete in the WSYL without adding older 2023's, like the rest of the teams. Same guy who said that WP couldn't compete with the holdback teams, without adding holdbacks. Well the Pack didn't change a thing, one team for the cheater teams and same team for the 2023 teams... all 2024 on age. Same ole same ole. Pal you are batting all of a big zero! Now pedal you're BS somewhere else.

I love all the lies on this site. Playing for the Dukes this week? The whole team put up points across the board in this tournament. Stop your BS about who is at risk. Your kid wasn't taken on this team whenever he tried out, how long are you going to hold this grudge? And anyone who was on this team or tried out for this team and left who bashed the coaches, parents and sometimes kids remember one thing Nothing is ever forgotten.

Theres not many kids who can make that roster so do people actually show up pay money and think they are making the team? The coaches know all the top players and other coaches so Im truly wondering what the tryouts look like. dont think there is anything wrong with it at all.

Good for them for recruiting to upgrade as it was clear after last year they weren't tops anymore.

You been living under a rock? 91 got about 120 kids at tryout last year, for the 2024 grade level. They had the pick of the litter. Every kid that made the team was at that "try out". Every single one. If you think your kid has what it takes, bring him to tryout. I can tell you he is going to have to very good. No, extremely good. But in order to make Wolfpack, he is going to have to be at the tryout, or wait until next year.

Need more age based play. WSYL was a great event. Super teams with single and double hold backs proves little. Would love to see more age or birth year based tournaments pop up. Way more fun and tighter competition overall. Congrats to WP and Taz. Well deserved.

Good for them for recruiting to upgrade as it was clear after last year they weren't tops anymore. Stunad, YOU ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT A YEAR AGO??? Are you so disappointed in your kids team, and soooooo jealous of the Pack, that you are still talking about what amounts to a team from more than a year ago? Bro, this is 2019! We're basically at tryout for the 2019/2020 team, and you are now talking about what amounts to a team from almost two years ago!! Listen up. A year ago, the Pack had a tryout like every other club team. From that tryout they created their 2018/2019 Wolfpack team, just like every other team. That's the team!! Not talking about the team from a year ago, two years ago, or 6 years ago. Talking about the 2018/2019 team. Got it?! The point is, the team never changed after that. No additional players for WSYL. No holdbacks added for grade based tournaments. Never a guest player. Understand? There is no other team in 2024 that can make that statement, anywhere. And as far as your stats go, not sure how you have them, since you are not part of the WP team, so you have only seen one or possibly two WP games out of how many?????? And no one actually even keeps stats, as you know. But I will tell you this... the strength of the Pack... IS THE PACK. There are no stars. Goals for the season are spread throughout the offense more evenly than any other team, I can guarantee you. Every offensive player is a threat to score, that's why the offense can't be stopped. Completely unselfish And that is the secret to the Packs success. There is not just one or two biggie players running to the goal, that makes them successful. Try to lock off some players, as some teams have done, and see what happens. You won't lock of for very long, since that results in easy goals for the Pack. Did you see the WSYL qualifier games? Where did the goals come from in every single one of those games? If you know the answer to that question, then you know what I am saying is 100% factual. A team at this level can't be successful with one or two, 3rd grade mentality, biggie players running to the goal. If that were possible, then we wouldn't be having this conversation and BBL would be the WSYL championship winner. But that didn't happen, because the Pack is the consummate "team". Hope your kid is able to get on a better team this year. My guess is he is a pretty good player, and you feel that you have been wronged in some way. Bring him down to the Pack tryout and see what happpens. The disappointment/jealousy must be very hard for you to live with, obviously.

Now pedal you're BS somewhere else. Didn't change one thing? Same ole team? They took the top middle and goalie from legacy and top player from express. They ended up as top 2 scorers, face off kid plus starting goalie. I would argue that is a big change. Well said. The additions of these 3 new boys is without a doubt a great move. But prior to this they were still a high winning team. Where does all this BS come from? You always look to upgrade but from what I see the core group of studs on this team has stayed the same for many years and continue to improve and at times dominate. Face offs definitely suffered for a short time until this kid showed up and now the offense is even more powerful. How many years can you all repeat the same garbage?? There will be upgrades, your kid will be replaced, coaches don't care, i heard this and i heard that blah blah blah.. for 7 years strong this team has stayed solid and picked up very few along the way. Not an easy thing to accomplish and continue to have success with, but these coaches and kids do it every single year. If you watch any of the tournaments this team competes in the ball is shared and the stats are spread out. In the Quarters and Semis the Middies did the heavy goal scoring lifting and in the finals the attack got it done. Heard it on TV, One pack One goal. They haven't left that mantra since Day 1 all those years ago. Hate on because the pack will continue to move on.

Life lesson. So many parents bashed these WP coaches over the last 3 years, whether it be they were on the team and left or they tried out and the Dads\Moms were spewing garbage on the sidelines about how their sons treatment at the tryout. All those words and bashing that came out of your mouths will now come back to bite you. Best thing about this WP squad is THEY DONT NEED YOUR SON and could care less who you think you are. Congratz to WP team across the board. Throwing success in the face of trash talkers is always the best revenge.

Heard all over the WSYL that Taz is breaking up this year. No haters please but is there any truth to the rumors? I know some may be trying to play 2025 since they are of age or will they do both? You will definitely be seeing all their top players at other tryouts, for sure. Conversely, as players exit, there will be opportunities for new players. Haven't heard anything about players moving to 2025. I don't see any of their top players doing that. Look for every top player on the island to be at the Wolfpack tryout. No surprise there.

Congrats to the pack. I hope the long time parents said thank you to their replacements. At least the old pack fogo who was upgraded made the all world team. I wonder how many new upgrades come this year. Attack seems most at risk. Ahhh yes. It's still all doom and gloom for WP, from our expert BOTC lacrosse prognosticator (ie stunad). Good for them for recruiting to upgrade as it was clear after last year they weren't tops anymore. Very good point. For WP they knew who they wanted before the tryouts started. As anyone made WP that was not "asked" to tryout is a good questions? There were a couple of players that the Pack was aware of prior to the tryout, and who they ended up getting, but there were several players that they picked as the direct result of the tryout. Approximately a half dozen last year. And ALL players that make WP go to tryout. WP has never obtained a player unless it was through an official 91 tryout. So if your kid has a burning desire to be on the Pack, and you think he's good enough, don't listen to the stunads on here and take him to the tryout.

Need more age based play. WSYL was a great event. Super teams with single and double hold backs proves little. Would love to see more age or birth year based tournaments pop up. Way more fun and tighter competition overall. Congrats to WP and Taz. Well deserved. Amen to this. Witnessed the absolute worst example of youth lacrosse yesterday at Naptown. It's over the top ridiculousness.

Listen, be proud you are one of the originals but please go thank your coaches for adding your top two scorers plus goalie. PS the stats for the wsyl are online. Sorry your kid had 4 points. Pretty good idea who you are but honestly could be several of you attack daddies.(or mommies)
