I was on the team last year and this season. If you are looking for a solid B team, call or email them and find out for yourself. They start practice this weekend Saturday and Sunday.
Are you 11, or are you the coach? LOL!

Any '25 LI teams playing at Battle of the Bay in Annapolis, MD? OK Express Dad. Good luck paying for the hotel and travel. Stay home, play teams on equal footing without stacking brackets.

Force and true blue had nice teams. Wouldn’t call them B teams. Def had some quality players. Since Force, True Blue and Igloo are all mostly Huntington kids maybe they can combine and make one real A team. The point has already been made. Too many teams diluted the talent pool. That is why Express and 91 dominate the field. They don't fill their rosters with town kids connected to coaches.

Not an Express dad and don't live in LI but based on what you people post Express and 91 need to leave LI to play teams at their level.

What about the noise that Igloo and Express don't have enough kids signed up? The way it looks this year at A level teams A++ 91 and Express alone at top A Igloo, S2S , maybe Rebels, Geese or Turtles Every other program is B at best no matter what they call themselves. If you thought the B teams were bad last year, you ain't seen nothing yet. The teams that added "new" B teams were barely able to fill their roster spots. It will be glorified PAL. Save you money and train, practice, do something on your own to get better. Paying 3000 dollars to play tournaments with kids who can't throw and catch is not making you a better player. Forget the at least their playing cliche. Chaos will probably still be A team as well. The Millon Force A team has never lost to S2S (3-0) and only lost to Igloo by a goal, AND the Rebels haven't even played a game yet.

Express and 91 clearly better than the rest. The others (3-7) will battle it out and are pretty comparable. Will be interesting with all the player movement and new teams.

You can't put 91 in the same sentence as Express. Even with upgrades that they probably got at tryouts, they don't compare. 91 has talent but the team is sloppy and inconsistent. Express is a well-oiled machine. They are not in the same category.

Then letting the rest stay on the team for practice but little to no game time. The players playing in tournaments now wont be the ones playing in 4-5 years when colleges are looking to recruit. Your lucky if the same kids are playing by the end of this season. Chan recruits kids year round. Not to say 91 is any better. They are adopting the same philosophy.

Legacy has 19 kids. 16 that were brought back from last year. Almost everyone of them were chased to tryout by other teams. None of them left. 3 more were added. They are still looking for one or 2 more good families.

How is it that you have 16 returning? Lmao. Such lies. But it is comical so keep it coming! GEEVILS!

Any '25 LI teams playing at Battle of the Bay in Annapolis, MD? Express will probably be there. They have been there in the past and no team on LI will give them any competition. The Li tourneys they play in are to give the practice players game time. False. The starters barley come off the field no matter who they are playing.

Clearly that is someone who knows because their kid was part of Geese, and players have kept in touch with kids and their parents who were part of the original Geese team. So they know. There really is no point in pretending that many of the Geese original kids did not leave. I really do hope the Geese can reform themselves, but it wont happen by pretending they were not impacted by last years exit of players mid year and during tryouts. Hopefully this year the organisation is really investing in their team and trying to prevent the mistakes they made last year, Like: - allowing over bearing parents control the decisions on their team - letting go of a great coach who was an integral part of their success for years - not investing in multiple level coaching like other top teams Again I wish you the absolute best and hope its a great year, but it only will be if the team admits what occurred and addresses the problems from last year. As for the rest of the haters who just want you to fail and insult everyone on the team, they are not worth your time. Dont bother responding to them. Good luck. Really.

Twenty Four Cyclones 2025 are looking for 3-4 players for this upcoming season. We're currently holding practice on Sunday's at 4pm in Garden City. We are the only 2025 team in our program this year. Looking to finish putting together a very competitive B level team. If you're still looking for the right fit please email us at twentyfourlax@gmail.com. We would love to have you get evaluated at one of our practices. Program is well priced and gives you everything the expensive programs are offering(equipment, tournaments, winter practices) all at no extra charge.

Just stay away from Twenty4. Not a good program. You could be wearing a Twenty4 shirt and the director will walk right past you and not say a word to you #clueless. Practices are 1 hour playdates with no structure, games are a mishmosh of who ever shows up that day and some of the parents are outright stunads. This is a scam of a program. Go to somewhere that is established. 9d1, Express, Igloo, True Blue, S2S, Or any other organization that you can talk to someone about what it entails. At best low C team at 2025 age.

Who cares about the costs, it’s not lowering. It’s like car shopping. You can spend 20k on a car or 75k. You can spend 2k or close to 4K for club, you have endless choice on Long Island. I would rather debate what you get for your money.

My son has played the past two seasons with 24 Cyclones. Absolutely loved the team and the coach, had some great practices when the kids showed up(too many kids playing multiple spring/summer sports). Although we chose to leave this year due to the director of the program. The coach told me that he plans on taking over his teams operations but couldn't stay with them because CC already rubbed us the wrong way.

Theyre all on other teams and when they show up its because they dont have a game with their primary team or just got invited. The 2024 team brings in 2023 players as guest players on top of all the other shadiness.

You know what the problem is on this forum as it is the same problem on every other forum. Nobody care about your opinion and everyone should mind their own business. This forum is here to be informative and let people know about tryouts and other useful lacrosse stuff. Instead all you people do is spew anonymously about each other clubs or kids or coaches Who cares what anyone pays or where anyone plays! As long as the child is happy, that’s all that matters. Worry about your own child and your own family and don’t worry about anyone else.
