You know as well as I do the Outlaws are a sub par team with some good players. Good goalie , great face-off, and a few other good pieces. Overall they are only a B team with some A players sprinkled in. The coaching is why this team will go nowhere! They gave a guy who has never played coaching/screaming from the sidelines!! And YES the team has been sold!!

Hey Duke daddy pounding your chest- If any players from LIE, 91, Hawks , or the top players from other clubs showed up to a Dukes practice/tryout your kid would no longer have a spot on the team. Dukes have 4 kids that they pray can make every event or better yet only play in big games that they can make it to.(when they are not playing for their 2021 team) The rest is average at best players that can easily be replaced which is the system they have in place . Please don't lose a game this year because it will be awfully embarrassing - we expect Dukes to win everything

2023 igloo beat 2022 igloo B this weekend, I guess that answers any questions as to whether 2022 igloo b will be competive this year

You must be a S2S 2023 parent or heard it secondhand from a S2S parent waiting to take the field after the game. Both Igloo teams and parents should have been happy with all the boys. They all played really hard after weeks of training.
It was a controlled scrimmage during practice. Nobody wins those. Both of the teams need work here and there. That is the purpose of a scrimmage to see what areas are lacking. Why not setup a scrimmage and see where your team stacks up. I’m sure that the 2022 or 2023 team would gladly play your team.

Really don’t get this site at all. A bunch of viscous parents attacking kids. Nothing productive or complimentary. This is bottom of the barrel jealousy and hatred.

Coaching is all that matters??!? 91 has good coaching? What a joke!

91B coach has no confidence in his own coaching. He doesn't know how to develop his own players so instead of coaching his own kids, he keeps stealing kids from Outlaws and Empire B team. Keeps looking for the next stud and now has a bigger roster than Chan! Joke is on him, he only took our second line and starts these kids. Proud parents think they are hot on 91 and keep talkin' trash, but they are on a bloated 91B team. Word is he adds at least 1 new kid each week. Feel bad for the kids who paid to try out and got lied to. Kids get shafted, 30 kids on a team - how much playing time they gonna get?

Definitely not an Igloo parent making a comment like this - what hole did you crawl out of?

With how these teams add and how parents play politics, why have tryouts. News flash, if your son isn't playing he is on the wrong team. Please don't say its for practice. I've seen those 30+ kids practices.

Does anyone know about the Long Island Showcase Nassau vs Suffolk Game? Is it worth doing?

My son has done this the last 2 years and it will come down to who the coaches are. I have seen kids picked that got cut from every club team but plays for one of the coaches. One year they took 3 attackman from 1 school and I assure you 2 out of 3 of those kids were not one of the top 20 attackmen that were at the tryouts(in the final tryout the 2 kids didn't have 1 point) .

be careful, but do it. it is fun for the kids to play against kids they know, but when it comes down to the final cuts don't hold your breath.

They also took kids that didn't even go to the 2 tryouts and that is what is not fair. They were good players but I don't think that is how it should be.

91 & Igloo players are playing for their HS teams

91 played an outdoor tournament in CT last fall and smashed some town teams, if that counts

Getting good grades, volunteer work, spending time with family, hanging with friends and playing video games.

All the same things every boy at this age should be doing and are doing, only BIG difference is the level of lax competition.

With 12 tournaments scheduled they should see every team in the country.

Stop with the hide from nobody garbage. It’s asinine. Your kids team got shellacked by those teams. Here’s an idea next time—-HIDE! You are not close to those teams. Stay up north and beat the LI teams. HIDE from the real teams like hawks and dukes/koopers.

you are funny and are demonstrating to be the ass. express and hawks have beaten and lost to eachother the same number of times over the last two years. today hawks won 13-11 in 20+ minute quarters. it will be a long season, so take easy
