Express handled easily by leading edge. Score closer than the game . 10-7. 91 the best team on LI. Come summer it won't be close. Express, let's hear all the excuses for today. Too windy, too cold, muddy fields, missing players. Guess what? Same goes for every team there. 91 Nuts are back! Close game, no excuses. 91 should take it easy and try playing in a handful of tournaments, and winning, with all the best teams before self proclaiming to be the best.

Tourney machine corrected score. LE won 10-7. Looks like LE’s 10-2 victory over Igloo was not a fluke. Regardless, all of these teams are good.

Actually no NOT a 91 nut I'm a jersey nut which is why I said on LI not overall LE will be the top dog very soon. We didn't play 91'but saw them and they look much better than previous year. Laxachusetts also tough

A lot teams improving. The NLF at this "age" should be very good. Leading Edge, Big 4, Mesa and Laxachusettes all can compete. How did Mesa do vs Smash?

Agreed Smash won by 4 goals who won the last Express game? Express won 10-4 91 is not the best at 2022 stop with that nonsense. Leading Edge has multiple 15 years olds at 2022. Seriously? Get a life. All that being said the NLF teams are all getting more event then they were in 2022 a few years ago.

The reason why all these NLF teams are getting better is because they all use some 15 year old kids to play against each other. And that includes 91 and express who both have some players that should be in high school. It works at this level though. If you can't beat em join em.

Crazy parents hold their academically capable kids back in school for sports. Nothing to do with where you live. No one "allows" it.

True - states have to provide for accommodations for SAs where they may have to repeat a grade for academic reasons or started school late due to similar concerns; the states' accommodations have absolutely zero to do with athletic consideration.

No teams like Express or Igloo. There is no team to beat. Express dominated every team in Denver, then lost the next week. These teams are all very good to great and can all beat one another. There is no more Turtles or Crush. But many have a desire to say they have a son on the best team.

Just sit back and enjoy watching the boys play at such a high level. Before we all know it, it will be over.

[quote=Anonymous]Is 91 dream, super, smash team in the top 3? They haven’t won a tournament since 2014. Yes one of the top teams in LI but not sure why 91 doesn’t want to play the best teams yet / baby steps with Yale tournament and their easy NLF scheduled draw / playing it safe this Fall season Aren't they playing in the tournament at Farmingdale this weekend with Express, Leading Edge (10-2), and Prime Time? Leading Edge (15-13)

OMG 3 times a charm with 91 First they had two strong competitive teams then they had the "super team" now they brought a player down whose parent acts like they play up even though they are in the appropriate age group and now is bringing them down claiming they are in that grade anyway to finally get 91 back to that top spot good luck I'm sick of hearing how great your organization is let's hope it's 3 times a charm with this maneuver

As far as 91 who has said 91 is the best? I think on LI most think as of right now express is the top dog. That could change also may not change. Enjoy the ride with your kid or the long ride home you are on now from UNC much like myself.
