You keep touting it, if any kids are on any of the teams listed above, it means nothing. The team is an all star team. Go play Dukes Nationals.

Where does this team practice? I can't find their website or tryout info? Who are the coaches?

Oh, that's right. They don't practice because they're not a real team. There is no website or tryout because it's not a real team. The coaches are two jerkoffs that have never played lacrosse at any level and are just forcing their kids to play more lacrosse than they need too.

Coach, please go away with this garbage.

Anybody hear from the Express yet? Couldn't been too hard with 50-60 kids at tryouts.

Your not counting the 2024 kids reclassifying.
Channy is building a sick team

That's 60 A level players for Channy to develop. He will generously offer each young man a spot and will likely start with two teams of about 22 or 23. Then he will collect about 3500 bucks each and get started on his two A team world dominance plan!

Throughout the year Channy will recruit and add and add and add more A (and A+) players from across the world to the rosters until the sidelines at tournaments look like Times Square at rush hour. Don't complain as you don't want to get kicked off the Train!

Last step of the plan is making a third team of A+ players once the total signed up gets to around 70 ! There you have it, The prediction here is that Express will have three teams in this grade by next summer. It will be a great experience, I can assure you, In Channy we trust!

Oh, did I forget the part where he laughs his way to the bank?

Who would make their son play down at this age just to be the best? You are better off playing your own age and good competition then playing on an A team a grade beneath. Plus what kid wants to say that they play down? How embarrassing!

A lot of choices out there, have at it and have great season. I personally am looking forward to next 10 months and having my son playing for the Express. In my opinion they offer great coaching at this age and great training. Is it free, no. But if I don't like the cost or anything else, I am free to go elsewhere.

The coaches put the team together because their kids don't play on their real teams. This was the only way to make sure they get enough playing time. Basically, this team is a product of a couple of dads that won't accept the fact that their kids just are not nearly as good as they think they are.

And invitations are out, be sure to count heads at practice, and expect to get to 25. Then pay attention because if your boy isn't in the top 15, plan on Johnnie being a practice dummy.

Plenty of good kids don't get to play.

Specially with Channy coaching the A team. He only plays the first line 90% of the game. Now he even has reclassified kids. Your son won't see the field. Enjoy your T-shirt.

Channy is building a sick team

He took 2x from Express A and 1x form Express B. All are 2024 grad years. It's the Channy way.

Do you mean he took 3 kids from the 2024 express teams and put them on the 2025 express Channy team for the 17-18 season? Were these kids playing up in the past or actually repeating a grade in order to play down?

Blast is doing the same thing. 2 midfielders from 2024 have reclassed and are playing with Blast. I guess the new coaches were instructed to win. Pathetic, but that's the new way of lacrosse.

Anybody have any suggestions regarding club lacrosse and goalies ? Is it worth playing club for a goalie or just doing something more focused like Breakout ?

World Series of youth lacrosse is age based so for players in 2024 graduating year born 9/1/06 or later they can technically participate with the 2025 teams.

Polysilicone-29 and Silicone Quaternium-18 are not soluble in water. Therefore they have the ability to build up, cause clumping, and damage hair. This product is clearly not silicone free and contains silicone that can damage hair since it's not water soluble.

Now that is interesting. Was not aware of that. I thought lacrosse was simply grade based and there were no age stipulations.

You must be new to this if you don't think parents are crazy. There are a lot of reasons parents do it, not the least of which is to give their son an advantage over other kids. But, besides that, it could be done for academic reasons or the family simply moved to a new town (which was the case with the Blast kids) and the parents had them repeat a grade. It's far more common than you think. Wait till next year when 40+ kids that your boy is playing with now repeat 5th grade because the parents fell that they're "not ready for middle school". It's becoming a joke, but a joke that is far too common. Especially if the LI teams want to stay competitive with the out of state teams and the Dukes Nationals,True Nationals, etc... that grab kids from virtually anywhere.

If the sport ever gets itself together, it will be age based across the board, at least for pre-HS age . . .
