I think it comes down too is there any 2024 LI teams that can beat or has beaten this 'pack team? If the answer is No then you all sound like a bunch of jealous fools. Wouldn't it just be easier to beat them and then talk, than to just throw senseless garbage at this team? Win and there is nothing else to talk about, until then go have a catch with your son.

They got beat by a 2023 B team at Pro Player.
Yup...lost big (9-2)to Shouth Shore at Pro Player
South Shore lost in the regular sched and suddenly beat them with some "guests", right?

No, the answer is no. You are 100 percent correct. Also I'm assuming on the middle of a wednesday afternoon, people have jobs and lives and are unable to answer your question about 3rd grade lacrosse teams being better than other 3rd grade lacrosse teams. You were waiting for an answer, got to go back to work now.

Those guest have been playing with SST since they were in 1st grade. it's basically a town team

You sound like an unemployed or under achieving loser. Your kid hates you and I'm sure even more after you lectured him on the 6 hour ride home from Maryland.

He's another "never was" living through his pretend son on the Pack. I bet it's actually his neighbors kid that is actually on the Pack.

Stop the whining and crying. We will all be at Laxfest to see who the best LI Lax team will be. WP and Taz will play once but mostly twice and they are most like the 2 best teams. (I do not have a player on either team)

South Shore Thunder has kids from Igloo and Honey Badgers on their team. They always have. When Wolfpack beat them the first time they didn't have their full squad because the HB's were playing the Bandits. When they played them the next time they had their full team. The same team that lost to most of the teams they played at Shamrock Shootout. There's no shame in losing to a team that's a year older than "most" of the boys on your son's team. Wolfpack remains the elite 2024 team until someone beats them. But they will not be competitive against quality 2023 teams.

My son's team has played the Wolfpack several times. They are a great team. My older son has played for 91 since 4th grade (he's 2019) so I've seen how it works. Wolfpack first line middies and 2 of 3 second line middies were very very good. So was their left attackman. With a that being said, if your son isn't one of those players, his spot is not secure. They WILL upgrade at every other position. It's not a question. Even the top middies will be shuffled as the better kids from the other clubs will move to Wolfpack. My son will be one of them. Their are exactly 3 kids on my older son's team that were there when they started. And Wolfpack is starting earlier. So for the Pack parent who's always on here degrading other clubs, understand, your time is limited. Please stay away from sharp objects in October when the rosters come out.

Considering Wolfpack has a lot of 10 year olds, are they really playing up if they are playing 2023 teams? No other team in 2024 has 10 year old on their team.

it's either moms who these days have to stick their nose in their sons youth sports careers or its the dad's who recently started lifting weights, getting their first tribal tattoo, and taking viagra posting on here. those same dad's were buried on the bench during their school and youth athletic careers. many of whom didn't play lacrosse in general ever but yell things pretending to know what they're talking about. both type of parents annoy me. the mothers approaching me after practice with the ear piercing..."scuse me, coach!?" when I turn my head and see it's a mom I usual keep looking to see if I see the husband. what happened to the dad's at practice. now it's all moms. and when I see the dad's at the games most of them are just blow hards. especially the smash dads

I agree. Played them twice. First line attack is very talented, 3 solid boys there and their middies are solid on both lines IMO. Not sure where the rest of the team stacks up, couple of good defenders if I recall. Boys will 100% be moved around. I do love the part of your comment though that says" my son will be one of them" We probably played you 2 or 3 times also, not sure who your son is but I don't remember any real standout on those teams. Love the confidence, hope it works out for you.

Are we talking about 3rd grade Lax here? lol. You people are crazy! Judging 9 yr olds? Does anyone realize that these kids you are judging may not even play in 3 years from now? Or some of these kids will be 5'7 and it will be hard to handle the hits in this sport. You have parents on here who are 5ft 8 and are talking like their boys are going to be the next 6"3 Rabil. Too funny. Yes there are some players that aren't big at the college level, but they are far and few between. Enjoy your boys Lax now and stop being wash woman.

loser lax coach, the Moms are there because you schedule practices when any real dad is still working. I never played lacrosse, but when I work, I am making the money so losers like you can pretend you have a real job. And next time, I'll plan to give you a little extra in an envelope to have you go wash my car!

I thought he was suggesting his son would eventually be off the team.

Madlax was good. They lost by 1 goal to Arden and were up 2 goals late. Just wasn't meant to be. Taz is getting better each tournament.

'scuse me , "coach". It's dads, not "dad's". When talking down to so many people at one time you should be aware that you are far from some we envy or are impressed by. Carry on.

Bethesda very consistent and well coached - championship games this weekend with Madlax and last weekend with Wolfpack could have gone either way. Three very good 2024 teams. will see how they progress.

Top 3 teams in 2024 and not in any order

Madlax

Bethesda,Md

91 Wolfpack

All 3 of these teams can beat each other on any given day. Each of the games they played against each other were decided by 1 or 2 goals with a minute or two left in the game. All 3 well coached and respectable. The rest of 2024 are 2 notches below these teams except for maybe the Taz.

Seems right on with the top three. Would add in the Arden Diamondbacks with the Taz as a notch below considering they just beat Taz this past weekend
