Point is, Igloo and Moose have a tough road ahead, and both lack the depth required to compete. You have to take into account the Westchester, CT and Mass teams, all of whom will cheat and bring kids from all over, a method LI teams do not practice. We wish Igloo and Moose luck, but its going to be an uphill battle.

I don't really have an opinion on this but I think it's worth pointing out that the 2028 class from LI only has 1 team ranked in the top 20 (and only 3 in the top 50!). The 2029 class has 4 in the top 20. I get that the rankings are far from perfect but I question the premise that the 2028 group was much stronger. At least by that metric, the 2028 class is the weakest in years.
