Igloo, 91 and Rebels forming the upper echelon with S2S coming up fast. Where is Express?
Is Express even going to try to build a competitive team in this age group? do they just hope to pick off kids from the better programs over the next few years or are they just conceding this age group to 91, Igloo, Rebels?
