Can anyone recommend a team for a girl just starting out? She's athletic but just hasn't played lacrosse .
Not sure where you're located, but you may want to check out empire Nassau, they are a second year program, practice at SUNY Farmingdale and fielding a 2022 team this year, they were mixed 22/21 last year, tryout on September 9.
