CR doesn't hold kids back she just waits for a LI team that is better than her YJ team and then cuts deals with the parents of the players and recruits them to come take your daughters roster spot.


Not sure exactly how she does it, but you are correct, many of the best players from LI end up there. And as far as taking roster spots, how do you expect teams to get better? It's nice to believe that a coach can train the same group of girls through their entire lacrosse career and stay competitive, it's also nice to believe in Santa and the Easter bunny. At YJ and all the other clubs, a few girls are replaced every year. That original roster your daughter played on when she first started in forth grade will look drastically different entering 7th grade and un-recognizable by 11th. It's competitive sports.
