It’s arbitrarily one sided.bbp doesn’t do anything different than other teams .the only difference is they get the call by charging in after they waste 3-4 minutes passing it around way outside the 8 meter.a shot clock is needed to stop stalling teams like bbp and make them go to goal within 90 seconds.it’s hard to play “great defense”when you have to defend for excessive amounts of time. This is getting comical now... BBP was one of the highest scoring teams in Division II this year... how is that stalling? If anything its evidence they are clearly better than the other teams, since these other teams that "dont stall", also dont score as much! Please stop being foolish. Move on.

Maybe next time SWR should let their coaches start & play the best players instead of lax dads deciding who gets to play.

Who on swr didn’t play that’s not one of there best players in the county finals.I don’t think you make it this far by sitting your better players unless your that deep of a roster.let me guess they beat sayville with second stringers

Your team played multiple lineups throughout the season. Stats show multiple girls with points more this year then last. Your new coach got you to the county finals and you lost by 4 to the #1 seed. Same roster won 6 games last season. Get a grip swr parent.

Clearly changes need to be made on the varsity level.college rules need to be in play and we could all agree it not easy being a ref but they need in influx of youth and IMO women have have played the game.An old man giving out yellow cards who never played lacrosse and can’t run down the field is not acceptable for the girls and landscape of li lax

Some of the current officials are so immobile they try to make calls from 30 yards away because they can't run the field. Players have gotten faster and stronger but the officiating has not kept pace. I am in no way bashing the officials we just need more and younger. Also the HS rules need serious attention. The game is played on an entirely different level in college and it's beautiful to watch, hs girls not so much.

Most parents do not know the rules. Since HS went to self start many older officials decided to stop doing games. With the current amount of officials they can barely cover all of the games on the schedule. The officials make $121 a game... when you factor in abuse from coaches and parents, travel 45 minutes to and from the game, and personal schedules it makes it not very appealing to younger people.

It was evident the number of calls was extremely lopsided. It began right from the start when Maureen overturned a call that she wasn’t even in position to make.

This way, your a mile away, and you have their shoes”.

So sad to watch the nonsense in Suffolk with all of these teams and parents- Nassau class C semi's yesterday well officiated, good games, winning teams deserved it and played well. Should be good game Man vs Want two of the top teams in Country, hope for the same refs & fans as last games. All 4 teams -Girls, parents, coaches, and officials should be proud of last nights activities at Adelphi. I will not be there as my daughter was not on the winning side, but no sour grapes it was a great season!

I’m for paying any ref $200 a contest and giving them the right to toss any player coach or fan challenging their call with zero tolerance or if they want to issue a warning they do so by issuing 2 yellows for misconduct. That’s Coach, player or fan misconduct. That means you play 2 girls down for 2 min and if you get 2 more your playing short handed for the rest of the game bc you ran your mouth. Let Sec xI tell them there are no warnings and any antics after that is 5 point reduction in power points. Parents and coaches chirping the whole game would stop immediately. Also add a shot clock. Use college rules for it

Refs need to be issued yellow and red cards for ruining games and cheating kids out of a fair shake.Seen to many bias and let’s just say favorable calls at just the right times. It seems like the same cast of characters shouldn’t ref certain teams.Nassau and Suffolk refs should crossover and not be assigned because there geographically closer to a field.Playoff and championship games the refs should be determined by a jury so to speak and not some section xi puppet. It’s not to much to ask considering how much effort these athletes put into their craft and teams.

They get paid and should know the rules and not be there to collect a paycheck.

Exactly the refs act like they are doing everyone a favor being there. They get paid good money. If you can't get up and down the field you shouldn't be doing the job.

Stop your nonsense and be happy that you got lucky there! Not from manhassett just a fan. Over the years wantagh had teams that should have won including this year. Parents run those coaches. Non of the past coaches have been strong enough or non tenured so makes you vulnerable.

Seriously.. stop being a cyber bully, you coward, should have said something in person. If you know him than maybe you, the AD or Superintendent should remind him how to conduct himself with class and dignity. Nobody is judging him, they're judging his behavior. No excuse for behaving in that manner.
