Folks, the Elevate website says maximum of 20 players in 2016-2018 and maximum of 22 for 2019-2024. The below is directly from their website (spelling issue included).

TRYOUT INFORMATION FOR 2014 - 2015 Season:
This upcoming year, we are lowering the roster sizes for all of our teams. We want to see kids get more playing time in tournaments.

Each team from 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 will have a maximum roster size of 22 players.

Our recruitbale year teams - 2016, 2017 and 2018 (all teams - Red, White & Blue) will have a maximum roster size of 20 players. This will allow each player to have the maximum amount of exposure at recruiting events.
