Yes, 88+3 will probably have one team entering the World Series that will give them their best chance to win. No, the Spallinas will not turn down the $85,000 that they'd lose if they disbanded one of their two Top Five 2022 teams. This is a business after all.
Why do you think it's United Parents? United is winning more tournaments than they are losing and have beat express everytime they have played them except for one time in MD where Express won in the last minute.
