NJ Northeast All-Star team was legit. After talking to some of their parents they only had one practice. Team was full of great athletes and competed successfully with all the teams killing everyone except for next level who they beat by one. This team was all rising freshman as well competing with the older squads. Should be interesting how they do in Florida this July
My son is on the NJ Northeast Team who won and agree they have a lot of good athletes. All are rising freshmen (2017s) and they did only have 2 practices together before the tournament. However, objectively, I think they will have a very tough time with the top club teams as they don't play together regularly. Fun tournament for all involved.
