There's a big difference between coaching varsity and coaching 8 year olds. He's terrible with the young kids. Terrible. He's not that much better with varsity kids either!! He has been lucky to get a lot of good players come thru his high school. Stud players help coaching all the time. I've heard that from a few Varsity parents.

Guess we'll find out on Saturday. Blast is playing Geese, Eels, Ducks and Mamas Boyz. Pretty easy schedule. If they don't win that tourney you can expect them to start recruiting/stealing kids from other teams the rest of the summer.

Are there any town teams they can lose to? Mamas Boys are pretty much a town team and I bet they beat Blast.

Wait, do you mean that if we don't have our kids playing in a tournament every weekend they still have a chance to be quality players? No way! JS said our kids have to play in 11 tourneys (even though he won't actually be there for any of them) and if they don't they'll never amount to anything! Have I been lied to?
