Basically it’s getting ranked after freshman summer and then playing lights out at all summer tournaments (NLF Tournaments) and crush it at all the showcases. If you don’t believe me you’ve never gone through this. It’s all on the parents to get your son recruited!!
Not my experience at all having gone through the recruiting process twice with my older kids.
If the above was your experience, then you were not on the right club team. If you are on the right club team, you will be seen. If you have the right coaches, you will have a team of experience in your corner during the recruiting process that won't even begin to start until the end of this fall. My kids coaches were an integral part of their recruiting. and college coaches are not watching this class this summer, they are not watching 26s at showcases or tournaments unless they are walking by the field on the way to a 25 game.
