How does this apply ti a student possibly planning on repeating 8th grade? For academic reasons (and I’m being absolutely serious) if I have an on age player born in November, 2009- could he hold back one year and still play? Either way he will have to repeat (struggles academicly w an IEP)- trying to set expectations |
