And for those of you that are familiar with the travel scene be it boys or girls; it is not always about the organization but the team... the coach, the players, and yes even the parents. One team on any certain organization may not be, act or get the same attention benefits as another team in the same organization (even same grad year with in the organization).

Remember it isn't always fair, it doesn't have to be, it is a business. It is travel ball, know what you're getting into and why you're getting into it. Are you playing to get better and to raise your game, are you playing so you can play against the best, are you playing so you can play with the best. Once you know what you are doing and why, you can honestly find a great spot to play (male or female).

Nice try to plug the Express program. The Directors care about one thing and one thing only - The BOYS. Girls are an afterthought. The LIE girls have not ever won a major tournament. The program used to be important if you were thinking of sending your daughter to St. Anthony's - now it does not matter.
