The YJs have 3 automatic bids for this year's U15 which is for 2018 players. There is always some overlap in classes b/c of the birth date cutoff dates. Nothwithstanding, if you have three teams at that age group, which the YJs do, they should IMO send those three teams to the U15 tournament. Let the 2019 teams qualify. They will have their chance next year when they fit within the age grouping, or can try to qualify this year.
