Coincidentally next year is a big holdback year and each of the teams mentioned love their holdbacks.

Fogo for the Looney's was not bigger or stronger but dominated Team 91's face off kids, he may have lost a few but not many. I also believe the Legacy and Express fogo''s performed better than Team 91, add a few kids to those two LI teams in the off season and it's possible they compete and possibly beat Team 91. For now Team 91 is the best in the country and will continue to get better but as the boys age in this overly competitive age division the disparity between teams should not be as drastic as it once was.

Breakers scored 3 goals very late in the game vs Sons. That game was in hand until the very end. Sons outplayed Legacy the second half of their game. Had plenty, I mean plenty of opportunities to score, hit cross bar and pipe numerous times and goalie made huge saves from crease shots. Legacy had 3 man up goals. Many even teams at 2020. Looneys definitely earned their trip to finals.

fogo is major difference for many teams. Legacy won all but 3 face offs vs Sons.

Not playing organized as a team will fail against the best teams every time. Maybe the lacrosse IQ just isn't there yet or is it kids trying to be superstars?

How did the Looneys goalie and 91 goalie play in the final?

Looney's and Team 91 goalies were both lights out all weekend, two very talented kids. In the finals both kids made critical saves.

But he didn't do well against Looneys. Througout,the tournament, Express and Legacy and 91 FOGOs did very well. However, They all had trouble with Looneys kid. Back to practice for all of them!

Legacy kid did very well against lioness fogo until he sprained his ankle and couldn't compete anymore hence the score 3 to 1 at half. The game was lost when he got hurt and no face off kid after him.

Of course they would have trouble with the a DELETED kid cause he is a hold back.

All of the above fogos are very talented, let's not forget that all of these "kids" are hard working and extremely dedicated to their craft, let's try and stay positive.

Congrats to 91. Way to keep the mantle on LI. That being said, its not the Crush dads that are out of control its the pack of butch orange Moms...Jesus can some one sign them up for an etiquette class they clearly missed while partying their way through the Boardy barn, sprats and the oak beach in while growing up on LI...

No the score was 3 to 1 legacy at half. Face offs were probably 3 to 1 also. Was a great tournament by all...!!! That's the kind of tournament we should all want to play and be in every week. Great job to all the teams. Keep laxin

Yes, someone keeps brining that up but it would be surprising given the success they've had recently. Why go from the #1 or 2 team in the area to #5?

Legacy and Express are close, they haven't played in a while and comparative scoring has been inconsistent, but both are leaps and bounds better than the rest of the pack

Save it fl$ not better than legacy already been proven. Express should drop down to number 3 after tournament results I heard fl$ scored more against crush. Crush totally dominated express wasn't even a game. That's the end of the season let the tryouts begin everybody looking for a few upgrades or fall behind.

Express lost 1 goal game to Looney's, who then beat Legacy 9-3. Crush beat up Express this time, and it wasn't ever close. To say Express drops to #3 isn't accurate, as they played Looney's closer than Legacy and has never lost to Legacy. Lots of holdbacks moving around that could alter landscape. Congrats to Crush who hasn't had to go that route and still dominates.

If legacy fogo doesn't get hurt legacy beats looneys. The score was 5 to 3 with 5 minutes to go. Than pulled goalie to try and get ball back and the end of story. Next year big year for all teams everybody fighting for position. Doesn't matter who is number 2 3 4. Get your kid on the best possible team where they will see the field and make a difference. College coaches don't look at kids sitting the bench cheering if you believe they do I got a bridge to sell you.!!!

legacy was up 3-1 at the half. Legacy switched goalies at the half and that was the end of the story. Had nothing to do with face offs.

The whole team lost, not just the goalie, end of story.

doubt it very much, the one player flies into games on his family jet, not plane, money is not an issue!

when you are spending approx. $2000.00 to fly in and out for tournaments, I don't think the parents blink an eye at the Looney's dues, which are quite reasonable with regards to club lax.

Im confused? I didn't think there were ANY holdbacks on LI?
