It just sheds a light on all the BS in team selection. That the goalie from team Long Island was put on 91 C teamm white after this years tryout was a joke. Come on, from the A team to the C team. Those who saw him play on Saturday know he's not a C team goalie. His play speaks for itself. He deserved better from 91. It just pays to know people. No one is knocking the kids just pointing out how good a player is screwed because of politics. Hey lets see if he gets the phone call from SL to come back after how well he played yesterday.

91 is about who you know or who your friends with or who's lawn you mow or what helmets you buy for the team. Teams were chosen before tryouts. Plain and simple. Come on you know the truth. It was basically decided before tryouts who were moving up from the B team and recruited from other teams to play on Extreme. Some are OK with their kid riding the pine. They just want to say they are on Extreme. Your kid will get better that way. This goalie is one example of the BS. That shows it so no need to bring it. Politics or friends or whatever. I just say it like I see it. Very happy for the goalie who is now on team long island. Great kid great family.
