NLF teams will absorb all talent, rest of teams will be B level
Eventually, the model of adding other teams' top talent instead of developing your own will not work.
Seems to work well for college programs
They continually take the best players without developing their own
Also, even though many parents don’t want to hear it, many kids plateau and stop developing for one reason or another. It doesn’t matter how many clinics, privates, showcases, tournaments, play days, indoor practices, box leagues, speed lax, outdoor practices etc etc. Some kids just don’t progress further.
