Ex East is normally on top of S2S. Titan ppl think they are competitive. If Ex East goes 0-3 they would be PISSED!!! Looking at Igloo/Stealth on their schedule they are looking at 0-2 with Titans being a possible win?

Although your assessment may be valid VS Armada, the strength of schedule is not in their favor. Game 1 VS Winter Soldiers, Game 2 VS Titans, Game 3 Stealth. Also 11k is because 2031s is the deepest and most talented in a while.
