In a much anticipated matchup, Sachem North destroyed Northport, 18-4, yesterday. The one was all Sachem North with a 13-1 score at the midpoint break. Certainly a powerful statement game to secure a first round conference playoff bye. No doubt at this point that West Islip, Ward Melville, Smithtown West, and Sachem North have done more than enough to have the first round byes in the field of twelve.
